Email notifications are available on all plans. Every team member added to a channel with email enabled receives the alert, which makes email a good baseline to combine with a faster channel like SMS or push for critical services.

Setting up Email alerts

  1. 1 Go to Settings → Notification Channels → Create Channel.
  2. 2 Enable Email as a notification method.
  3. 3 Add the team members who should receive alerts.
  4. 4 Click Test to confirm delivery.
  5. 5 Assign the channel to your monitors.
