Microsoft Teams uptime alerts

Route downtime alerts into the Teams channel your team already lives in.

Starter and above

Microsoft Teams alerting is available on Starter plans and above. As with every Pingura channel, alerts are assigned per monitor, so you decide exactly which services post to which Teams channel.

Setting up Microsoft Teams alerts

  1. 1 Create an incoming webhook in the Microsoft Teams channel you want alerts in.
  2. 2 Copy the webhook URL.
  3. 3 In Pingura, go to Settings → Notification Channels → Create Channel.
  4. 4 Enable Teams as a notification method and paste the webhook URL.
  5. 5 Click Test to verify delivery.

Full details are in the notifications documentation, or browse all alert integrations.

Frequently asked questions

Which plans include Microsoft Teams alerts?

Teams notifications are available on Starter, Professional, and Business plans. The free plan includes Email, Slack, and Webhook alerts.

Do I need admin rights in Teams?

You need permission to create an incoming webhook in the target Teams channel. Once you have the webhook URL, no further Teams configuration is required in Pingura.

Can I use Teams and Slack at the same time?

Yes. A single notification channel can combine multiple methods, and a monitor can have multiple channels assigned.
