Pingura analytics give you a high-level view of uptime trends, performance patterns, and email delivery health across your monitoring setup.

Uptime analytics

The main analytics dashboard shows:

  • Time period filter — 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom date range
  • Type filter — All, monitors only, or heartbeats only
  • Overall uptime percentage and performance metrics
  • Performance trends — Charts showing response time and availability over time
  • Top performers — Monitors with the best uptime
  • Worst performers — Monitors with the most downtime
  • Recent incidents — Paginated list of detected outages

Use this to identify patterns — recurring outages at specific times, degrading performance trends, or services that need attention.

Email health analytics

Track the health of your notification email delivery:

  • Bounce rate — Percentage of emails that bounced
  • Complaint rate — Percentage of emails marked as spam
  • Delivery success — Overall delivery health score
  • Email events — Individual bounce and complaint records

Healthy email delivery is critical for alert reliability. If your bounce or complaint rate is high, your alerts may not be reaching your team.
